Work-study Options
Teaching Assistants (TA): Former Waseda students have been hired as TAs for Japanese language courses. If you are interested, notify Michiyo Nagayama at the Japan Study Waseda office. Kalamazoo College teaching assistants take a course titled "Foreign Language Teaching" that meets for one hour a week. The course helps prepare teaching assistants to teach their native language to non-native speakers.
